The blue fig which contains the blue ocean’s pureness

After returning to the farm at 2010, Mu Hwadam professionally only raised green figs. Mu Hwadam’s half dried figs have a chewy texture and is produced at a HACCP facility where they use a drier that minimizes the destruction of nutrients. A record of selling every products through home shopping confirmed the taste and qualities of our products and by department stores, eco-friendly stores, and online they are consistently being selled. Furthermore, in the off season iced figs, blue fig jam, naturally fermented vinegar, fig powder, 100% fig juice, and other various processed fig products are raised directly, processed, and being selled.

Dried Figs

After being harvested, Figs have a very short expiration date which makes it hard to consistently consume. To overcome this problem the dried figs were made. All green figs are 100% raised from Haenam and are dried sliced. There are no preservatives, coloring, and additives in our products. They are only made by nature itself.

Fig Jam

It is a jam made of the sweetest pesticide free figs which are sorted after its stalks are plucked they get grinded and after some process it turns into a jam. There are no preservatives, coloring or any other additives. They get enriched in a low temperature so they posses both taste and nutrients. 60% of green figs that have high sugar contents, 40% of organic sugar are contained in this jam. However, the sweet taste of the green figs are more lively than sugar. The transparent color improves the texture while you can enjoy the popping of the seeds when you chew on it.

Vinegar

You can dilute it in water and consume it as a health drink. It is a naturally fermented vinegar and balsamic vinegar that can be used in various dishes. An expert in fermentation did the processing him(her)self. Alcoholic fermentation process > acetic fermentation > natural ripening are the processes.

Iced Figs

By rapidly cooling a riped fig the taste of the fruit is fresh and alive. Due to the fact that fig’s peels are rich in polyphenol it is best to eat it with the peel. Since Mu Hwadam’ s iced figs do not contain any preservatives or additives it is safe for you to consume without any troubles. Also, the peel is so thin that it will be taken off just by cleaning it with water. Therefore, there will be no repulsion eating it whole with the peel.

Fig Juice

Farmed without any agricultural chemicals the figs are not boiled but brewed. So, the juice is a 100% fig juice that has both taste and nutritions. Instead of the original ingredient green fig, there are no other additives such as water or sugar. They are made by figs that have high sugar contents and by putting in fig leaves you can feel the actual taste and smell.

Natural Fig Powder

Edible after or before your mealtime as a healthy treat. The natural green fig powder is okay to consume whenever you wish. You could eat it while you are having your meal as well. You can blend it with milk, soybean milk, yogurt or lightly dredge it on your meal. It is enjoyable in diverse ways. It is processed in a HACCAP facility so it is more trustworthy to consume.

Fresh Green Figs

Green figs are raised on a clean area on the foot of a mountain at Jeonnam Heanam. It is a breed of which the color stays yellowish green even though it is ripe. Mu Hwadam’s green fig are pesticide free and you can enjoy the whole fig including the nutritious peel. Compared to red figs, green figs are smaller have sticky texture, and with its high sugar content the sweetness stays longer. Most of Mu Hwadam’s green figs grow outdoors. So, they are harvested during August to early November.

Pure Green Fig Chips

Our chips are made of slices of green figs which are raised on a clean area on the foot of a mountain at Jeonnam Heanam. Mu Hwadam’s green fig are pesticide free. Enjoy healthy and dealcious snack, green fig chips.
